My original illustrations are made with the highest quality watercolour paper and artist watercolour. To make sure the colours remain the same for a long time I recommend frames the pieces within a passe-partout behind glass and hang them out of direct sunlight. This goes the same for printed products.
My products are shipped in minimal recyclable materials. The reduce packaging waste I hope that you will be able to reuse the shipping materials as do I when possible.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-3 days.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Customers in Norway are charged with 0% sales tax over original artwork and 25% on other products like prints and cards. Products shipped to addresses outside Norway are excluded of taxes.
I am not responsible for any packages that are damaged during transportation. I do care about my customers having a positive experience and therefore ask you to take contact with me right away so we can arrange a replacement or refunds. For insurance purposes its important for me that you come with visual documentation in form of a photo before I can issue a refund or replacement.
Delayed and lost packages
I am not responsible for any packages that are lost during transportation. Unless you have purchased additional tracking I cannot refund or replace your order. In case of lost packages with tracking, I can issue a partial refund that excludes shipping and packaging costs.
If you experience delay on your order and have ordered additional tracking, I can help by contacting my local post office and open a search case.
